Sarah Bunter is a Casting Director based in London
Throughout the last 8 years, Sarah has worked with a varying range of fashion clients, casting models for catwalk, campaign and editorial through to unique one-off marketing projects. Regular clients have included Levis, Wrangler and Swarovski plus younger pioneering designers such as YMC, Christopher Raeburn and Matthew Miller.
Aswell as catwalk and print campaigns, Sarah also regularly casts for fashion films with highlights including Kenzo, Moncler and Sony. Some of her most widely seen work is The Vaccines popular ‘Come of Age’ album cover & singles portraying each band member as a female look-a-like. In retail, Sarah recently cast the first gay couple as parents for Mamas & Papas forward-thinking (and much discussed) ‘How We Roll’ campaign showing varied, modern and more realistic parenting set-ups. The campaign was also rolled out nationwide in PR, advertising & film.
Sarah has also directed creative concepts for many of the above brands. After three years as Deputy Director at Fashion East where she worked with exciting new designers such as Richard Nicoll, Holly Fulton and Christopher Shannon amongst many, she now works closely with award-winning creative agency JJ Marshall Associates, who specialise in fashion marketing, co-art directing photo-shoots within the UK, Europe and the US.
Sarah’s passion is championing young talent and creating constructive partnerships. She believes in goodwill, determination and the strength of visual communication to ensure that talent is well presented and rightfully recognised.
She is currently working towards London Fashion Week SS14 in September and a large-scale photography project with an established denim brand.
